February: Jennifer
She has represented Delta Gamma as a whole through out her colligate career. Not only being a great friend to every sister in the chapter but stepping out of her way to help others in any good or bad situation. Frieda Falcon is the reason of nomination however because this tradition at bgsu is not given to anyone. She is involved not only in Delta Gamma but was a rho gamma for the 2013 recruitment and a member on bgsu cheerleading squad. She took a year off however to become frieda falcon and influence others to have school spirit just as much as she does. In or out of the custom, Jennifer is a true definition of what delta gamma is and what it means to be apart of something bigger than herself.

March: Lauren Phillips
Recently unmasked as Frieda Falcon, Lauren has proven even more-so as an outstanding role model for our chapter. As a Senior, Student Affairs employee, FALCON intern, and Frieda, she has still remained an active member of the chapter and it is clear to every member of our sisterhood that she holds the true meaning of what it is to be a Sorority Woman. She was a huge assistance in our recent open recruitment and helped newly initiated members understand the values we were looking for in potential new members. I can proudly say that we strive to follow her leadership and embody such a genuine personality. Lauren has been a huge help to me as former philanthropy chair in 2011, helping me planning our upcoming Kappa Klassic event even though it is not even her most recent role in chapter leadership. I believe that it truly shows her genuine love of the chapter and showcasing Panhellenic values of philanthropy. With no reservation, I nominate Lauren Phillips as the Panhellenic Woman of the Month.
